This complex addition was constructed here in Waikoloa Village on the west side of the Big Island. The bedroom addition with living area and wet bar were built underneath an existing second story deck of a main dwelling. This increase in occupancy required the installation of a higher capacity septic system. The site was both highly sloped and very limited in space. Our team was able to successfully demo and reinstall a new septic system while building an addition underneath a temporarily supported deck all at the same time.
