This project was a recent, new construction home we built here in Waikoloa Village located on the west side of the Big Island. It was a two bedroom, two bathroom residential dwelling with very tight property setbacks due to a drainage easement running adjacent to the north end of the lot. However, the house was situated accurately, and the project build time from start to finish took around 12 months.
