Overall, I had a great experience with BJ and Mid Pac Services and would use them again for any future home improvement projects.

At our initial meeting, I felt BJ was very thorough in asking what we were looking for, inspecting the proposed work area, taking pictures and measuring the space.He came up with several options for what we could and could not do, and we toyed around with some ideas. Ultimately, we agreed on a plan and he emailed me with a proposal, including specs, a timeframe, and costs. The process was very smooth and efficient which I liked given I could not devote all my time to this project.

As the project progressed, naturally some unforeseen circumstances occurred (but that is to be expected with any project). BJ was great in showing me the problem, explaining the issues and proposing solutions. I appreciated BJ being available via email, phone, and text so that I could reach him with whatever questions I thought of afterwards. Eventually the issue was resolved (even though it delayed the project past the expected completion date).

In summary, if you are looking for an honest, reliable and hardworking person, I highly recommend BJ and Mid Pac.
