This project was a new construction home built for a growing family here in Waimea. The agricultural property needed substantial grading initially to prepare the site for forming and subsequent framing. The four bedroom, three bathroom dwelling had a large lanai at the back and a two car garage at the front. The lot was located in a beautiful location with views of Waipio Valley to the North and was powered off-grid through a photo-voltaic system and natural gas generator.
