What if I want to add or delete a proposed feature?
It is very unlikely that we can allow any major deletions or additions to the building floor plan. This would require engineering and permits. However, changes to finishes is up until the install dates. The closer we get to the install and completion dates, the less likely we can customize or make changes.
Is it still possible to choose items such as cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint, etc., or have those items already been selected/installed?
YES and NO! Custom choices such as Cabinets, flooring, tiles and design, fixture finishes, colors interior/exterior, can still be customized by the buyer. Some items may incur an extra/additional charge; i.e., upgrades in flooring, upgrades in appliances, upgrades in tile. However, again, the closer we get to the install and completion dates, the less likely we can customize or make changes.
The standard quality of workmanship warranty is good for 1 year from purchase. Warranties for appliances and windows will be transferred to the new owner. For extended warranties, please inquire with the contractor at time of purchase.
What appliances are included?
There is an allowance for a refrigerator, Dishwasher, range/oven, Microwave/hood, Disposal. Washer/dryers are not included.
What if I wanted a pool added in the back yard?
We’ve had a few inquiries about a pool; therefore, we’ve added a change order for the possibility of adding a pool in the back yard. This is a large change order item and would require a larger down payment up front to the contractor. A pool would also would likely extend the completion date of the overall project.
